Is white chocolate really chocolate? to say truth, I have this question long ago. And after some research I learned that white chocolate is not really chocolate, if you know what I mean. But first we’ll talk more about chocolate.
The chocolates are known throughout the world. For me the number one stress. One bite and you know it’s magic. How can something so delicious and juicy exist on this planet? So … just because my taste buds are strong taste of life – that does not mean I do not appreciate and accept that many people are greedy to some degree. I also agree that this “degree” of chocoholism, the “drinks” Casual (…? is movement, as you call it ?…) through consumption of too much alcohol, the very addictive can not do without “x” hours go (or minutes?).
So with these thoughts often cumbersome, I will raise some quick and easy recipes and ideas I have for the sweet tooth, which produce sometimes share my table.
Some individual Snacky treats including -
Marzipan Slices (bought in a small log), sandwiched between the big buttons Choc.
PLUMS inserted marzipan, dipped in melted chocolate and cooled …
Drizzle melted chocolate in dates, pitted and garnished with walnuts or pecans.
Dried fruit with half dipped in melted chocolate – put then cooled to plastic wrap or wax paper and
Apricots, apples, pears cut into slices, banana chips, mango and spears dipped in chocolate is melted, such as dried fruits,
OR – serving a mix of slices on individual plates, go with small individual bowls of melted chocolate for each guest to be. (And if it is all too much chocolate – offer individual small bowls of fruit yogurt instead)
Or you can use a chocolate fondue served with your favorite choice of fresh fruit, and of course, forks for dipping. Check out this recipe -
Melted chocolate RUM
250g dark chocolate, or cooking
85ml cream
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons orange juice
Break chocolate melt into squares, cream, rum and orange juice in a fondue pot or heatproof bowl over the pot with hot water. Keep warm. Can your preference of other spirits – or no alcohol.
Alternatively, you can serve the fondue with ladyfingers. Your choice!
What about a little chocolate sauce to serve warm or cold on ice – or fruit – or both! Departure -
Chocolate Mint Sauce
12 Chocolate Mint Creams – and – 1 / 2 cup cream
Gently melt peppermint creams in a small bowl over a pan of boiling water. Stir well as you slowly add the cream. Ready to go!

It was a basket of gourmet divine perfection. I was very lush and rich truffles that were hypnotic. They were a real treasure on my tongue. There was even some chocolate, cheese cake, so rich and dreamy that I had to take a nap after eating. The basket came with a good dose of chocolate chip cookies crunchy grains of dark chocolate coffee.That was enough to keep me breathing in consumption. Of course, it also came with high-quality traditional flavors like milk chocolate, black and white. This basket was like an edible chocolate sculpture. It was pure art and are the pinnacle of perfection, chocolate gift. I received my wonderful gift basket chocolate almost two months. I still think every day, even if I eat all this a few days ago. If there is one side, whispered to a basket of chocolate you have to eat the last chocolate.
